Changes to group submission rules
Due to DA being overrun by AI, all submissions will no longer be automatically approved.
This is only going to apply for new members joining. Current members may continue to submit and are exempt from this rule.
This is being done to help support those who have spent years learning how to create art and are now getting overshadowed by the massive influx of generated work.
My purpose founding this group many years ago was to help artists get more visibility, in making this decision I am trying to stay true to that original objective.
AI generated work will be declined, anyone repeatedly submitting AI risk being kicked out.
There are plenty of groups accepting AI, this is not one of them.

I am always curious about how others work and what processes they use.
On average how many layers do you use?
Do you group layers?
Do you use layer modes? Do you use brush modes?
Any suggestions on using layers for great lighting effects?
If you have any suggestions on processes you use other than layers feel free to post it.
Maybe something you recently learned and want to share with others.
Out of curiosity, I would like to know what everyone has difficulties with.
What are your weak spots, areas where you know you need to improve the most?
What are your strong areas, things you do well and are most comfortable doing?
